• The Pouch of Celebration redemption is based on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Eligible for 1 set per transaction made with RM699 nett spend at my.ecco.com.

• A set of Pouch of Celebration consists of 3 individual pouches.

• The allocation of designs of the Pouch of Celebration is entirely random and cannot be predetermined. Requests for design exchanges or replacements will not be entertained.

• The Pouch of Celebration will be dispatched either along with or separately from the main order to the same delivery address provided during the purchase process.

• Qualified customers will be notified by ECCO Customer Service Team (cs.my@ecco.com) via email within three working days after the purchase.

• In the circumstances where an order return is initiated, the customer is required to return the Pouch of Celebration along with the purchased item(s) to qualify for a full refund. If the free gift is not returned with the purchased item(s) as part of the refund process, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
