Ordering FAQ
Your orders are automatically accepted into our ordering system the minute you hit submit. Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days upon processing and confirmation. Standard delivery will arrive within 5 - 7 business days of shipment. During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 7 - 10 business days for dispatch. ECCO processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number. Tracking via Ninja Van takes up to 24 hours to be available.

If you have questions, need help with an order you've received, or if you need to return an item please see the information on your packing slip. You can email us at cs.my@ecco.com.
Kindly drop us an email at cs.my@ecco.com if you would like to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation, we would be more than happy to do our best for any orders that have not already been processed. However, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders that have been processed, including:
Delivery address
Email address
Change of size/colour
Change of payment mode
Adding an item
Removing an item
As it is not possible to cancel your order, you can refuse the order upon delivery, where it will be returned and refunded in full, or you can return the order to us for a full refund with our FREE returns options here.
Just a heads up – we strongly advise against amending the delivery address after your order has been placed as this can lead to complications in the delivery process. Such changes may result in lost parcels, delayed deliveries, or other issues that could impact the successful receipt of your order.
