• The Complimentary Luggage Worth RM329 With RM1199 Nett Spend promotion is valid from 14th September to 11th October 2024.

• The Luggage redemption is based on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Eligible for 1 unit per transaction made with RM1199 nett spend at my.ecco.com.

• The allocation of colours of the Luggage is entirely random and cannot be predetermined. Requests to change the colour of the Luggage will not be entertained.

• The Luggage will be dispatched either along with or separately from the main order to the same delivery address provided during the purchase process.

• Qualified customers will be notified by ECCO Customer Service Team (cs.my@ecco.com) via email within three working days after the purchase.

• In the circumstances where an order return is initiated, the customer is required to return the Luggage along with the purchased item(s) to qualify for a full refund. If the free gift is not returned with the purchased item(s) as part of the refund process, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
