• This promotion is valid on my.ecco.com and ECCO Concept Stores from 14 April 2025 to 27 April 2025, while stocks last. No code is required.

• The ECCO Luggage redemption is based on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Eligible for 1 unit per transaction made with RM1399 nett spend on my.ecco.com.

• Not valid with MOMENTS in-store privileges and any other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

• Only ECCO Luggage in silver will be available for distribution for orders made on my.ecco.com. Requests to change the colour of ECCO Luggage will not be entertained.

• The ECCO Luggage will be dispatched either along with or separately from the main order to the same delivery address provided during the purchase process.

• Qualified customers will be notified by ECCO Customer Service Team (cs.my@ecco.com) via email within three working days after the purchase.

• In the event where an order return is initiated, the customer is required to return the Luggage along with the purchased item(s) to qualify for a full refund. If the free gift is not returned with the purchased item(s) as part of the refund process, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

• ECCO Shoes Malaysia reserves the right to substitute, withdraw, add to, or alter any of the prizes offered and to cancel, postpone, terminate, suspend, end, or stop at any time without prior notice to the participants.
