    ECCO shoes are manufactured in European sizes. Please use our size conversion chart to find your size, located on each product page.

  • How can I best prevent my ECCO shoes from losing their original shape

    This is best done by using shoe trees when the shoe isn't being worn. The best types are shoe trees made out of unvarnished sandalwood, which also extracts moisture from the leather.

  • Can you ship my shoes internationally?

    At this time, my.ecco.com only ships within Malaysia

  • When will I be charged?

    When paying with credit card or debit card, the full purchase amount of your order is reserved on your bank account. The amount will be debited from your card once the order is shipped.

  • Do ECCO shoes come in various widths?

    ECCO's line of shoes utilizes a unique type of fit. Due to this our shoes are able to fit a very wide variety of feet. ECCOs fit from heel to instep (not to the ball of the foot). We refer to this as the ECCO "Freedom Fit". Conventional shoes fit across the width of your feet at the toes. This restricts the natural spreading of your toes under the pressure of walking. This "Freedom Fit" allows the toes to move freely as you walk.

  • What should I do if my shoes do become wet?

    Give the shoes plenty of time to dry. Remove the insole and let the shoes dry naturally and never expose them to artificial heat which can damage and distort them.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    We have retail gift cards that are available for purchase at our ECCO Concept Stores and Outlet Stores in Malaysia. The gift card comes in 3 different colours; white, grey and black to choose from. Currently, the gift cards are only available for use in ECCO Concept Stores and Outlet Stores in Malaysia. They are not applicable for online purchases or purchases from ECCO counters at department stores. There is no fixed denomination for the gift card but there is a minimum purchase value MYR$100. You can have the choice to load any value of MYR$100 and above on the gift card.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please note that shipments may experience slight delays as our delivery partners navigate the additional demand for their services and the well-being of their teams. Your orders are automatically accepted into our ordering system the minute you hit submit. Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days upon processing and confirmation. Standard delivery will arrive within 5 - 7 business days of shipment. During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 7 - 10 business days for dispatch. ECCO processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

    We do not recommend this as laundry soap removes the softening agents in the leather. As a result the leather can become hard and shrink.

  • How do I use my gift card?

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Can I track my order?

    You can track your order using the tracking number, found in the shipping confirmation email "Your order has been shipped". It can take up to 24 hours before you can track the order via UPS tracking.

  • I am having difficulties ordering

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

  • The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. No extension or revalidation is allowed.

    ECCO MOMENTS 2.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. ECCO Shoes Malaysia, Level 3, Menara AIA Sentra, No. 30, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, a company registered under the laws of Malaysia is responsible for the ECCO MOMENTS program.
    2. You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member of ECCO MOMENTS 2.0.
    3. This membership does not expire and is not transferable.
    4. Birthday month discount and double points promotion is only valid on one transaction.
    5. All points gained before 1 January 2020 will expire on 31 December 2020. Points gained from 1 January 2020 onwards will expire 12 months from date of transaction.
    6. The membership benefits are only applicable at ECCO concept stores in Singapore.
    7. ECCO MOMENTS 2.0 member must be present at the point of purchase to enjoy the benefits.
    8. The information you give during the in-store sign up will only be used for managing your membership, sales and marketing analysis, and marketing communication purposes.

    Can I cancel or amend my order?

    Kindly drop us an email at cs.my@ecco.com if you would like to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation, we would be more than happy to do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.

    However, we are unable to cancel or make any changes for orders that have been processed, including:

    • Delivery address
    • Email address
    • Change of size/colour
    • Change of payment mode
    • Adding an item
    • Removing an item

    As it is not possible to cancel your order, you can refuse the order upon delivery, where it will be returned and refunded in full, or you can return the order to us for a full refund with our FREE returns options here.

    2. You will receive a consignment note via email from customer service team.
    3. Please print the consignment note and attach to your return, pack & drop off at your nearest Ninja Van point.
    4. Please ensure that the item(s) are well packed as we will not take responsibility for any damage during transit. Wrap the shoes neatly within the shoe box and place the shoe box into the larger carton sealing it. Should you no longer have the outer carton, please purchase an appropriate carton or bag. Do not use the shoe box as the return carton.

    East Malaysia

    When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after we receive your items in the warehouse. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. This depends on your card issuer and is beyond our control.

    We’ll automatically credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order.

    Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days upon processing and confirmation. Standard delivery will arrive within 5 - 7 business days of shipment, if the goods are in stock (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email). During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 7 - 10 business days for dispatch. ECCO processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

    If we are unable to despatch the goods within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.

    It can take approximately 10 business days for us to receive your return to our warehouse.

    You will be notified via email when we have received your return package.

    Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-10 business days, as soon as we have received your return package in the warehouse.

    Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

    At this time, my.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website.

    All purchases made through a participating ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.

    (b) memantau, memproses dan/atau menjejak penggunaan anda di Laman Web untuk memberikan perkhidmatan kami kepada anda dan juga membantu kami dalam meningkatkan pengalaman anda bersama Laman Web.     (e) melaksanakan arahan-arahan yang diberikan oleh anda atau menajawab sebarang pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh (atau dikatakan diberikan oleh) anda atau bagi pihak anda, termasuk pertanyaan dan aduan, atau menjawab atau berurusan dengan interaksi anda bersama kami;

    (f) menghantar e-mel, mel biasa atau  mesej teks, seperti yang berkenaan, untuk memaklumkan anda tentang mana-mana produk, perkhidmatan atau aduan lain dan promosi yang anda berminat, jika anda menyatakan bahawa anda ingin menerima e-mel pemasaran tersebut, mel atau mesej teks; dan

    (g) mengabadikan pengalaman membeli-belah anda dengan data yang tersedia secara terbuka yang kami kumpulkan di kedai-kedai ECCO atau di acara pemasaran kami, atau yang kami terima daripada sumber-sumber lain yang polisinya memenuhi amalan privasi piawaian industri dan keperluan undang-undang yang berkenaan. Salinan surat-menyurat yang dihantar dari Laman Web yang mungkin mengandungi maklumat peribadi disimpan dan diarkibkan untuk tujuan penyimpanan rekod dan sandaran semata-matanya.

     

    4. ADAKAH ECCO BERKONGSI DAN/ATAU  AND/OR MEMINDAHKAN MAKLUMAT ANDA?

    Pihak kami tidak akan menjual, menyewa, memindahkan atau mendedahkan mana-mana Data Peribadi anda kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga tanpa kebenaran anda. Dalam hal ini, anda mengakui dan bersetuju bahawa pihak kami dibenarkan untuk mendedahkan Data Peribadi anda kepada pihak ketiga berikut, sama ada dalam atau luar Malaysia, untuk tujuan satu atau lebih seperti yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan 2 di atas:  

    (a) syarikat yang berkait dengan kami dan syarikat gabungan sama ada di Malaysia atau luar negara;

    (b) mana-mana ejen, kontraktor atau pihak ketiga yang menyediakan perkhidmatan  memproses Data Peribadi anda bagi pihak kami atau sebaliknya;

    (c) usaha sama/rakan kongsi perniagaan kami;  

    (d) juruaudit, perunding, peguam, akauntan atau penasihat kewangan atau pihak profesional lain yang dilantik oleh pihak kami yang berkaitan dengan perniagaan atas dasar sulit, dilantik oleh kami untuk memberikan perkhidmatan kepada kami;

    (e) institusi-institusi kewangan, pedagang-pedagang dan organisasi-organisasi kad kredit, berkaitan dengan transaksi komersial dengan kami;

    (f) mana-mana individu yang kepadanya pendedahan oleh ECCO dikehendaki oleh undang-undang atau keperluan atau garis panduan atau mana-mana pihak berkuasa kerajaan atau menurut perintah mahkamah;

    (g) pihak ketiga yang membekalkan perkhidmatan yang membantu kami mengurus dan mengendalikan Laman Web, memproses pesanan, menjalankan analisis statistik, membuat penghantaran e-mel, mel pos atau teks mesej, menyediakan sokongan kepada pelanggan dan melaksanakan perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan penting yang lain, termasuk membantu memastikan maklumat peribadi anda disimpan dengan selamat, dan menjalankan pemeriksaan kawalan;

    (h) sekiranya terdapat potensi, cadangan atau penjualan sebenar atau pelupusan mana-mana kepentingan perniagaan kami, penggabungan, pemerolehan, penyatuan, penyatuan semula, pelaksanaan pembiayaan atau penjualan asset yang berkaitan dengan kami, atau sekiranya berlaku penggulungan (secara kolektifnya, Transaksi), Data Peribadi anda mungkin diperlukan untuk didedahkan atau dipindahkan kepada pihak ketiga akibat daripada, atau berkaitan dengan, Transaksi.

    Berdasarkan perkara di atas, Data Peribadi anda mungkin diperlukan untuk dipindahkan kepada entiti lain dalam Kumpulan ECCO, termasuk entiti luar negara, di mana kami akan mengambil semua langkah yang munasabah untuk melindungi data peribadi anda dan  memastikan bahawa pemindahan tersebut dibuat selaras dengan keperluan undang-undang, termasuk PDPA.

     

    5. HAK-HAK KEPADA DATA PERIBADI ANDA

    (a) Tertakluk kepada pengecualian seperti yang diperuntukkan di bawah PDPA, anda mempunyai hak, iaitu,untuk mengakses,  meminta salinan, atau meminta untuk mengemaskini atau membetulkan, Data Peribadi anda yang dipegang oleh kami dan kami mungkin mengenakan bayaran pentadbiran yang kecil (jumlah wang yang dibenarkan di bawah PDPA) untuk memproses permintaan anda untuk mengakses Data Peribadi anda.

    Kami berhak untuk menolak permintaan anda untuk mengakses dan/atau membetulkan Data Peribadi anda atas sebab-sebab yang dibenarkan di bawah undang-undang, contohnya, perbelanjaan untuk menyediakan akses kepada anda adalah tidak seimbang dengan risiko kepada privasi anda, atau di mana hak orang lain mungkin dilanggar, antara sebab-sebab lain.  

    (b) Anda boleh pada bila-bila masa meminta kami untuk mengehadkan pemprosesan dan penggunaan Data Peribadi anda (contohnya, meminta pihak kami untuk berhenti menghantar sebarang bahan pemasaran dan promosi kepada anda atau menghubungi anda untuk tujuan pemasaran).

    (c) Anda juga boleh, melalui notis bertulis, memaklumkan kepada kami bahawa persetujuan anda telah ditarik balik (sama ada sepenuhnya atau sebahagaiannya) persetujuan anda yang telah diberikan kepada kami sebelum ini, tertakluk kepada sebarang sekatan undang-undang, syarat-syarat kontrak dan tempoh yang munasabah untuk penarikan balik persetujuan dilaksanakan.

    Jika anda memilih untuk tidak menerima maklumat daripada kami atau ingin mengemaskini atau menukar maklumat peribadi atau keutamaan anda seperti di atas, sila hantarkan permintaan anda kepada kami melalui butiran kenalan yang disenaraikan di akhir Polisi Privasi ini.     6. KESELAMATAN DATA PERIBADI ANDA

    Kami berusaha untuk memastikan keselamatan, integriti dan privasi maklumat peribadi yang diserahkan kepada Laman Web kami, dan kami menyemak serta mengemaskini langkah keselamatan kami berdasarkan teknologi semasa. Malangnya, tiada penghantaran data melalui Internet boleh dijamin selamat sepenuhnya. If we do not accept your order and we have already accepted payment from you, your payment will be fully refunded. 

    7.3. Pricing and Availability

    (a) Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and we have accepted your cancellation and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. 

    (b) The prices on the website exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

    When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with a purchase made at the Website, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. We can only accept returns purchased through this Website.

    Based on your return instructions in the return authorization form, we will issue you a credit to your credit card. We can only issue credit to the same credit card used for the purchase. If we believe that the product you have returned has been damaged or worn, we will send it back to you as soon as possible. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.     9. Product Warranty


    Our products come with the guarantees pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia (CPA). All goods sold in Malaysia come with the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the CPA. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    Without excluding, restricting or modifying the rights and remedies to which you may be entitled under the consumer guarantee provisions under the CPA and ECCO’s liabilities under those provisions:

    1. To measure your feet from heel to toe all you need is a piece of paper, a pen and a ruler. 
    2. Draw a line in front of your longest toe and measure the distance between the edge of the paper and the line.
    3. Use this measurement in the slider below to find your ECCO shoe size.

    Remember to measure both feet as they might be slightly different. Let the longest foot decide your shoe size.

    Fit tip: Many styles have removable inlay soles for adjustments. Try one of our other inlay soles, which vary in thickness, to perfect your fit based on your needs.

    At the rate children's feet grow, we suggest measuring them every 2-3 months. ECCO shoes follow the natural shape of your child's foot allowing growing toes the right amount of wiggle room.

    1. Have your child stand barefoot on a sheet of paper. The edge of the paper and the back of their heel should be touching the wall. 
    2. Draw a line in front of your child's longest toe and measure the distance between the edge of the paper and the line.
