We have retail gift cards that are available for purchase at our ECCO Concept Stores and Outlet Stores in Malaysia.

The gift card comes in 3 different colours; white, grey, and black to choose from.

Currently, the gift cards are only available for use in ECCO Concept Stores and Outlet Stores in Malaysia. They are not applicable for online purchases or purchases from ECCO counters at department stores.

There is no fixed denomination for the gift card but there is a minimum purchase value MYR$100. You can have the choice to load any value of MYR$100 and above on the gift card.

The gift card is treated like cash and can be used to purchase any items sold at ECCO Concept Stores and Outlet Stores in Malaysia. It can be used with mall or any issued vouchers which ECCO Shoes Malaysia accepts.

The gift card is valid for one-time use and there will be no refund or exchange.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
